Devon W. Rose

Attorney

Devon W. Rose counsels clients through all stages of their family law matter.  Devon regularly handles cases involving child custody and visitation disputes in both dissolution and parentage actions, child and spousal support, property division, characterization disputes, reimbursement claims, and breach of fiduciary duties issues.  She also represents clients in domestic violence matters.  Devon strives to represent her clients through the most difficult times of their lives.  Devon started her legal career as an immigration attorney, but soon made the transition to family law and worked at a family law firm in San Jose prior to joining Hanson Crawford Crum Family Law Group LLP.

Devon received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Devon was an Emery Merit Scholar, competed in Honors Moot Court, served on the board of the Women and Law Association, and was Chair of the Benefit for Justice.  During law school, Devon also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mary J. Greenwood and interned for the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center, where she assisted victims of human trafficking and other crimes.

Outside of the office, Devon enjoys gardening, reading historical biographies, traveling, and playing/watching sports.
