Charli M. Hoffman is a partner at Hanson Crawford Crum Family Law Group LLP. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist whose practice focuses entirely on family law matters. Charli handles cases involving everything from the straightforward divorce or legal separation to complex matters with venture capital, private equity, executive compensation, or other unique assets. Charli works with clients both directly as their attorney of record and advocate in court, and by consulting with clients who are participating in mediation with a third-party mediator. She is experienced in representing clients through all phases of family law litigation. While it is often desirable to enter into a negotiated settlement, trial is sometimes necessary, and in those situations, Charli vigorously represents her clients. Charli appears in the public courthouses in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties and frequently before private judges in the Bay Area.
Prior to joining Hanson Crawford Crum Family Law Group LLP in April 2009, Charli practiced family law at Seastrom & Seastrom in Newport Beach, California, from December 2005 to March 2009.
Outside the office, Charli enjoys spending time with her husband and children and taking advantage of all of the activities and outdoor spaces that the Bay Area offers.
