We are thrilled to announce that Cecilia Chung is the firm’s newest partner!

Cecilia Chung has developed a sophisticated family law practice during her 12 years with the firm dealing with issues that intersect with complex estate planning structures, and  gift and tax issues  that arise during divorce.  She presented on this topic at the Stanford University Conference on Charitable Giving and for the Bar Association of San Francisco and published an article: Dividing Philanthropy on Dissolution of Marriage. Her practice, which includes both family law litigation and negotiated settlements, focuses on high asset dissolution cases in Silicon Valley involving complex financial issues such as venture capital, private equity, privately held business interests, and family trusts.  Cecilia also has extensive experience counseling clients through a variety of marital and relationship contracts.
