Amrita Prasad is a skilled Legal Assistant and Client Intake Coordinator with a strong affinity for Family Law. She has worked diligently in the legal sector for over 6 years.  Her dedication and passion for the legal field has led her to become a valuable asset to her team and clients.

Amrita’s journey in the legal sector began in high school when she was a part of the Law and Public Policy Academy. This opened doors for her to then intern for the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office as well as the McGeorge School of Law. She has studied Administration of Justice at Chabot College in Hayward and obtained her Paralegal Certification from California State University, East Bay. Her academic background has provided her with a solid foundation in legal principles,

Amrita’s role a Legal Assistant requires her to provide comprehensive support to attorneys in various aspects. Her responsibilities include case file management, drafting documents, client communication, court filings, and calendaring.

As a Client Intake Coordinator, Amrita manages the initial contact with potential clients, gathering of crucial and confidential information, and insuring that their needs are met and understood. Her interpersonal skills allow her to establish trust with clients and make them feel comfortable and confident in their choice of legal representation.

Amrita enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and venturing out on long road trips on her free time. Amrita is bilingual and speaks fluent Hindi.
