Kiana advises clients
in complex marital dissolution proceedings involving intricate business
interests, property division, and custody issues. Kiana's business
acumen, litigation experience, and negotiation/mediation skills
enable her to generate tailored, effective solutions unique to her
clients' needs.
Kiana has received
over 150 hours of negotiation/mediation training and has conducted
several mediations. Prior to her work as a family law attorney,
Kiana had a broad-based business litigation practice at one of nation's
largest law firms.
Kiana is a graduate
of Cornell Law School (J.D., Concentration in Business Law) and
UC Berkeley (B.A. with Distinction, Psychology).
Kiana is a member
of Full Circle Fund, a philanthropy organization comprised of professionals
who partner with nonprofits to result in significant impact on the
community. She also serves on the Pro Bono Mediation Panel for the
Los Angeles Superior Court. She is a member of Queen's Bench, San
Mateo County Bar Association, and Bar Association of San Francisco.
