Allison earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York. She concurrently obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations, focusing on International Law and Organizations, from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Allison is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and California.
Prior to joining Hanson Crawford Family Law Group, Allison worked as a legal research attorney for the California Superior Court, Family Law Division in Santa Clara County. She now concentrates her practice entirely on family law matters and is trained in various case processes including litigation, collaborative law and mediation.
Other Distinctions
During law school, Allison was awarded the NYU Charles H. Revson Law Students Public Interest Fellowship. She interned for the Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Division in Queens, New York and for the Honorable David N. Hurd in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Allison was an associate editor of the Journal of Legislation & Policy, a member of the International Law Society and an executive board member of the Women's Law Caucus.
