Lina began her family law practice in the year 2006 when she became a volunteer attorney for the Bar Association of San Francisco's Family Law Project. She has practiced family law exclusively since joining Hanson Crawford in 2007. She represents clients in mediation and through all phases of family law litigation, including trial. Lina is experienced in dissolution actions involving complex support and property issues such as the characterization, valuation, and allocation of commercial and residential real property, venture capital interests, and other business ventures. She is also trained in mediation and collaborative law.
Prior to joining Hanson Crawford, Lina practiced civil litigation for over 6 years, first at Hanson Bridgett LLP, and then at Moscone Emblidge & Quadra LLP in San Francisco.
Lina is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Court of Appeal for the First District of California.
