Lina Guillen earned her law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in the year 2000.  Prior to joining Hanson â–ª Crawford Family Law Group, Lina practiced general commercial litigation and employment law for over 6 years – first at Hanson Bridgett Marcus Vlahos & Rudy, LLP and then at Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra, LLP in San Francisco.  In 2006, Lina worked as a volunteer attorney for the San Francisco Bar Association’s Family Law Project.

Lina is experienced in representing clients through all phases of litigation including investigation, discovery, mediation, trial and appeal.  She has represented public agencies, corporations and individual clients on a variety of civil matters before mediators, private judges, and in public courthouses.  Lina is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Court of Appeal for the First District of California.
